To cater to the expected heavy rush of pilgrims during ensuing Shravani Mela at Baidyanath Dham, sixty-five pairs of Shravani Mela special trains will be run, of which thirty-one pairs between Gorakhpur & Deoghar (via- Monghyr, Ratanpur, Sultangaj), eight between Asansol & Patna, five between Asansol & Patna and twenty-one between Tatanagar & Jasidih stations.

Besides, four pairs of MEMU specials will be run between Jasidih & Baidyanath Dham stations for the convenience of the pilgrims. Moreover, duration of halt of all Mail/Express trains at Jasidih except Rajdhani, Jan Shatabdi & Poorva Express will also be increased during the period.
SER TO RUN SHRAVANI MELA SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN TATANAGAR AND JASIDIH
With a view to clear extra rush of Pilgrims during Shravani Mela, South Eastern Railway has decided to run Special Trains between Tatanagar-Jasidih-Tatanagar during the period from 10/07/17 to 08/08/17.
The special train (Train No.08183) leaving Tatanagar at 23.45 hrs. daily (except Tuesday & Friday) will reach Jasidih at 07.20 hrs, the next day.
In the return direction, the special train (Train No.08184) leaving Jasidih at 11.10 hrs. daily (except Wednesday & Saturday) will arrive Tatanagar at 17.30 hrs, the same day.
The Special train consisting of eight General Second Class unreserved coaches will have stoppages at Adityapur, Kandra, Chandil, Barabhum, Purulia, Anara, Joychandipahar, Burnpur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Vidyasagar and Madhupur between Tatanagar and Jasidih.
